Greetings, I’m Michael! Originally hailing from the vibrant city of El Paso, Texas, I’ve embarked on an exciting journey that has led me to my passion for managing dental operations. Since earning my Bachelors in Business Management, I’ve been devoted to this fulfilling career path, starting in 2009.

In 2014, I embraced a new chapter in life by relocating to the beautiful city of Austin, accompanied by my amazing husband, Angel, and our four adorable pugs: Lila, Lady, Champs and Whoopi. Austin’s lively music scene, picturesque outdoor spots, and warm-hearted community have made it an incredible place to call home.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find solace and joy in spending time outdoors, reveling in music’s melodies, and creating cherished memories with loved ones during gatherings at home. As an avid traveler, I hold an unwavering goal to explore different corners of the world annually, seeking adventure and cultural enrichment.

Life, to me, is an exhilarating journey filled with opportunities, and I cherish each moment to the fullest. Meet Kristen, a native Austinite and a true Texan at heart. As a proud mother of two beautiful daughters, aged 3 years and 7 months, she cherishes her role as a loving parent. Kristen’s determination and passion led her to successfully complete cosmetology school, showcasing her artistic flair.

With her sights set on making a positive impact in the world, Kristen’s next ambitious goal is to pursue a career in social work by going back to school. Her desire to help others and contribute to her community drives her forward.

When she’s not at work, Kristen embraces life’s adventures with enthusiasm. Whether it’s exploring new places or indulging in retail therapy, she finds joy in every moment. Her vibrant spirit and zest for life make her an invaluable member of the Hedgecock Dental family.

Meet Ally, our enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator at Hedgecock Dental! Hailing from Houston, TX, Ally brings a vibrant energy and a wealth of experience to our team. With years of dedication to customer service, she ensures every patient enjoys top-notch care and attention.

When she’s not expertly managing our schedules, Ally channels her passion for fitness and the outdoors. Whether it’s weight training, hiking, or exploring new places, she’s always on the move. A true fitness enthusiast, she’s currently working towards her personal training certification to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Hey there, party people! I’m Theresa, and I burst into this world on the 4th of July—talk about a grand entrance! My personality is like a firecracker; once you get a taste, you can’t help but catch the contagious vibes, just like my smile that could light up a room.

Originally a salty soul hailing from the Galveston area (just 45 minutes southeast of Houston), I decided to spice things up and boogie my way over to Austin a few years ago. Now, I’m living the high life here with my fiancé, two mini-me’s, and our two fur babies. Austin’s been treating us well, especially in the culinary department—yum, oh yum!

By day, I’m a Registered Dental Assistant with over 8 years of experience, but I’m not stopping there—I’ve got my sights set on becoming the superhero of dental hygiene, a Registered Dental Hygienist. Caring for my patients is my jam, and I’m on a mission to make every dental experience outstanding, professional, comforting, and, of course, filled with compassion. I believe in building connections with my patients, like creating a masterpiece of understanding one tooth at a time.

As a born teacher, I’m here to share my dental wisdom, sprinkle it like confetti, and instill the fundamentals of this fantastic profession. Because let’s face it, every mouth is a unique masterpiece, and communication is key—just like finding the perfect dance move at a July 4th barbecue. Howdy, y’all! I’m Andria, your friendly neighborhood Texan hailing from the sunny city of El Paso! I’ve always believed in the magic of a good ol’ smile—it’s like a superpower that can turn any frown upside down. Now, I’m thrilled to be part of the Hedgecock Dental crew as the Implant Coordinator, working my magic to boost those grins!

Back in 2012, I snagged my Surgical Technology degree. It all started when a mischievous sports injury led me to the operating table. Seeing people heal and helping them through the process became my jam. Thanks to the incredible team here, I get to merge my love for healing with creating beautiful smiles. I’m a firm believer that a smile can not only light up someone’s day but transform your entire world!

Outside these dental walls, catch me camping under the stars, dabbling in paint at a quirky art class, owning the dance floor, or scouting for the next great addition to my ever-growing library. These are the things that keep my spirits high, so I can bring my A-game to the office!

Hello, I’m Dani, your extraordinary Dental Hygienist at Hedgecock Dental, where we believe oral care should be enjoyable!

In 2017, I proudly earned my Dental Hygiene degree from Texas State Technical College, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to brightening smiles. After graduating, I ventured to Austin to kickstart my professional journey.

In October 2023, I joyously united with my life partner, Ryan, after over six years of companionship. Our home is filled with the presence of two feline friends, Holly & Kirby, and an adorable mini Aussie named Ziggy.

Beyond perfecting radiant smiles, my evenings are spent at the stables with my cherished equine companion, Prince. We’ve been a team for over 17 years, and he’s truly a gentle giant.

My commitment extends to providing each patient with a meticulous and gentle cleaning, ensuring your dental experience is not only exceptional but also enjoyable. I’m excited about the opportunity to meet you and make your dental journey a fun and exciting one!

Chelsey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hello, I’m Chelsey, your Fun-Loving, Dog-Obsessed Hygienist! I was born and raised on a dairy farm near Buffalo, NY, Chelsey has always had a love for animals—especially dogs! Her rescue pup, Nova, is her adventure buddy and best friend. With two brothers, four nephews, and a niece back home, she makes it a priority to visit Buffalo as often as she can for family game nights, cookouts, and park days.

Chelsey’s path to dental hygiene was anything but ordinary! She originally earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Special Education and spent five years working with the special needs community—a passion that still holds a special place in her heart. But her love for dental care led her to Erie Community College, where she graduated in 2017. She even specialized in periodontal care for a few years in New York before making her way to Austin and joining the Hedgecock Dental family!

When she’s not helping patients achieve healthier smiles, you’ll likely find Chelsey outdoors, hiking with Nova or soaking up nature. She’s an avid reader (psychological thrillers and historical non-fiction are her go-to), a dedicated plant mom, and always on the hunt for her next leafy addition.

Chelsey brings warmth, expertise, and a whole lot of heart to our team—so next time you’re in the office, be sure to say hi! (Bonus points if you have a good book recommendation or a fun plant fact!)
